I didn't know you are a piano player! Exciting :) I played all through high school and then dropped it, but now I'm looking for a piano to get back into it.
Same, lessons all through HS. Starting up with a teacher again as an adult has been magical. It's like having a personal trainer, but one who doesn't make me want to yell at them.🙂
Oh, you hired a piano teacher! That's so cool, I hadn't considered that. I haven't even found the right piano yet so maybe I better get that figured out first. There are so many pianos free on FB marketplace, I'm overwhelmed and don't want to choose a bad one, lol.
Oh, I totally get it! It can be a big purchse. I played on my old one for a long time before I convinced my husband we needed an upgrade. But he signed me up for lessons as a Christmas gift 5 or 6 years ago so he wasn't really a hard sell. It can be hard to find the right fit with a teacher as an adult learner, but when you do, it's so great. Good luck finding a piano!!
